Paul grew up on the east coast and graduated from the University of Vermont in 1999. Hes worked in the landscape industry for over 10 years with Rain Bird irrigation and now on the contractor side of the business. Irrigation is his strong suit and he enjoys helping ensure that our communities are utilizing their systems appropriately and efficiently!
He has 2 girls, lives in Encinitas and enjoys everything San Diego has to offer!
Travis has been in the green industry for over 8 years. He is an ISA Certified Arborist, ISA Tree Risk Assessment Qualified (TRAQ) and happens to love plant biology as well. His vast experience in the industry engineering eco-ziplines, managing urban forests and building sustainable landscapes paired with his passion for human connection make him an invaluable resource to our clients.
Chico has over 14 years of management and sales experience, the vast majority of which was spent as the Branch Manager overseeing multi-million-dollar maintenance and construction divisions at a top 100 landscape company in Southern CA. Chico understands that customer experience is directly linked to employee experience, and is passionate about training and developing his team to be their best. He can see a positive outcome in any situation and has technical expertise that only comes with years of hands-on experience in the industry.
Kim provides over-all supervision for the operations, maintenance and enhancements staff. Commitments of the Branch Manager include strategic and operational planning, development and execution of the agronomic schedule and management of all maintenance practices and oversight of horticultural design and enhancements project planning.
Alison graduated from San Diego Mesa College with a degree in Landscape Architecture and minor emphasis on horticulture. She has been with Landsystems for over a year and has extensive background in landscape construction, maintenance and long-term strategic planning. Alison started out working in garden centers during her career and is a self-proclaimed “plant nerd.” Her extensive knowledge of plants and their horticultural requirements makes her an asset to every property she touches.
