In order to provide unparalleled customer service, Landsystems developed a comprehensive CRM data system and staffs a “live” call center to assist with all service needs and requests. A service representative will assist you between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, and provide immediate action to your request as required. Each call is data logged and permanently available for client review and record keeping. After hours calls are handled by our emergency paging system, and will prompt you for immediate call back information.
Our centrally located secured yard facilities hold a large variety of fleet trucks and trailers, landscape construction and mowing equipment as well as nursery stock, mulch and chemical storage.
