To centralize support for its two San Diego office/fleet yard locations, Landsystems is please to announce its recent expansion to a third office location in San Diego. Landsystems new “Support Center”, will office the accounting and customer service departments of its landscape maintenance operations.
Through our call center and Customer Relationship Management system (CRM), Customer Service Representatives electronically capture all service calls, initiate a work order ticket for each property task, and assign the ticket to the appropriate representative. Throughout the service activity, status is regularly updated and then the ticket is closed upon completion of each service item. “This process enables Landsystems to provide our entire staff and client base the timely status of all project activities”.
